What we process

• Task text. Used only to produce your draft and then discarded — we do not store your task text or your drafts. When AI drafting is enabled, the text is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the draft.
• Account data (if you create an account): your email address and a salted, hashed password (we never store the password itself), your plan, and your Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
• Daily usage counters to enforce the free limit of 3 drafts a day: a count per account, or for visitors without an account, a count per hashed IP address and per random browser identifier cookie. Counters hold no task content.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Analytics: cookieless, aggregate page views and events via Umami. No advertising trackers.

Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies: a signed session cookie when you log in, and a random identifier used to count free drafts. No marketing cookies.

What we never do

• Access your email, Slack, X or any other account — there is nothing to connect.
• Send anything on your behalf.
• Sell or share your data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on request. Usage counters are kept per day and only for limit enforcement. Hosting is on Vercel; the database is Neon (London region).
