Terms of Service

The service

ActionDrop turns a plain-English task description into a single draft (email, post, message or reminder). It does not send, post, schedule or store anything — each draft is shown once for you to copy or open in your own apps.

Plans

• Free: 3 drafts per day (UTC), with or without an account.
• Pro: US$6 per month, billed monthly by Stripe until cancelled. Unlimited drafts subject to fair use (currently up to 100 a day) to prevent abuse.
• Card statements show WEDGEWERKS. Cancel anytime by emailing us; Pro runs to the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

• Use the tool lawfully; don't draft spam, harassment or illegal content.
• Drafts may contain mistakes — review every draft before you use it.
• Keep your password safe; one account per person.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, WedgeWerks™ is not liable for the content of drafts you choose to send or for decisions you make using them. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
